Yeah, it’s nice when a reasonable wager (1% snap) pays off, even if AA let us down. I continue to be impressed and thankful for the excellent work our NC arbitrator did. On balance, they (non gender specific pronoun referring to a female in this case) knocked it out of the park.

Right. We already had holiday pay defined by APD’s. The holidays that pay are completely different. Doesn’t make sense to me.

1,000,000% agree. This is another thing on my “fix list” for C26. Either make APD holidays = holiday pay, or remove them from the APD holiday list.

I'm sure the argument was that it costs too much, and they money has to come out of somewhere else. Ok - then drop the holiday restriction from those days if they aren't important enough to generate holiday pay.

Since Arcos+ took over 9/5 I haven’t received any Arcos notifications, emails or phone calls of a GS. I can open Arcos and see that one has gone out, see my place in the coverage ladder….but I haven’t been able to select accept/decline as I’m not receiving the notification. Called CS, spend 20 min and no resolution., they transferred me to Pilot assist…another 15 min…. No resolution, yet another GS goes out to someone JR to me and my phone, Arcos+ & email silent. I’ve checked my settings, un-installed/re-installed, erased the previous Arcos…everything in the trouble shooting guide….nada.
