I use the app pretty frequently (NEPP) and it is usually around a week turnaround. It has been taking longer recently because of the volume of expenses related to a recent IROP and lack of people to clear the backlog (or so I was told)

Same. My general philosophy has been to be on the highest paying equipment that also hits my QoL target. Maybe NB B, WB B, NB A and so on. I’ll take low credit on a higher paying seat. My buddies will make the same as me, but always have their nose out sniffing for GS1 and such. Again, best thing about working here is the options available.

does everyone get a check, or only under certain circumstances. Nothing yet for me.

If you paid ALPA dues over the years it covered (2018-2020) in the last three years, you should get a refund check by mail as far as I know. I just got mine yesterday.

edit: It's 2018-2020 as Abouttime2fish pointed out.

Thanks - I threw my stub away - I looked for it and couldn't find it.

Web page works great. Errors/questions/approvals in about 24 hours.

Gave up on the app a long time ago. Maybe it’s improved. Dunno.
