Ah, thanks for the response anyways.

I was curious if any NB pilots have seen changes in the way that trips are built over there because of this rig? I'm currently concerned as I am a relatively senior pilot that flies highly efficient trips and maximizes my time off. In most of my pairings there is at least one, if not two, longer duty days that sometimes get to just shy of 12 hours without any delays. I'm worried that these types of trips will disappear and result in lesser crediting trips meaning I will have to work more days on average. Is this something you have seen at DAL with the new AIP?
So looking through the bid packages for September that just came out today, it is fleet dependent. The 13 hour limitation on duty days also went into effect, so this duty day limit plus buffer will also work to tamp down the duty day.

That said, it looks generally like the duty days are compressed, which leads to less sit-arounds and fewer short layovers, which I think was a goal.

It looks like they couldn't optimize it totally out, and there are more than a few 2-3 hour EDP payouts. There is a scattering of larger payouts, and I think I saw one 5 day trip worth well north of 32 hours.

time to cut our dues down to about 1% I'd say. But then C1 and C16 wouldn't be able to enjoy their 190K bar tabs

That is what APA does…1% dues that jumps up to 1.5% during section 6 negotiations.

Our Extended duty pay is pay only no credit and it won’t apply to line construction because line construction looks at credit only. Many items in our PWA won’t cause us to work less just get paid more. Our greatest gain is the lowering of the Line construction window. One pilots opinion that tries to fly at the low end of the window and no more.

There's dozens of us! Looking forward to next month shooting for one of those 62:30 lines paid at 65 plus whatever soft pay comes my way.

What’s the easiest way to claim an expense these days? I’m thinking the Concur app but a while back was told to use the web page. Thoughts?

Thanks Scoop

The web page is better than the app. Both suck however, not user friendly at all.
