Tough to do that when you are on the road. Double pay though, takes the sting off it. Plus, it’s raining everywhere so probably no fireworks. I would just like some more patriotism from my company. I do find it interesting that you had to kowtow a bit not to be judged as homophobic(basically kinda apologizing for what most people might consider to be a valid proposition and comparator) (I think the Bud light fiasco costing 20 Billion in sales dollars bears out the argument and makes people "wonder" about things(virtue signaling) as you did)

To me, it boils down to I expect the majority to represented as well as the minority.

I was trying to avoid this. I may or may not agree with Pride month. I should’ve used another example but that was fresh. I think it utter BS delta won’t do anything for memorial or the 4th. It’s not hard. It’s sad that for some reason, it’s not important. I’ve got personal reason why it is and I would like to see it celebrated more. It has nothing to do with anything else other than it sucks it’s not represented.

It would've been so easy to make a little American flag icon for one day. Specially with the amount of vets that work here. Like you said, it's not a competition, it doesn't bother me one bit to see the Pride flag all month and I fully support it, but nothing for today does seem a little off.

I agree with you. It's sickening. We see clear selective bias here on display. Got an suggestion, if you can't acknowledge the Nation's Founding, but can recognize "save the shrimp day" better to not recognize any of the "days" or "months". Be neutral cross board.

I can't imagine being such an unhappy person to go through life looking for trivial things to be ****ed off about.

I couldn't care less what causes our company does and does not support. I'm not in marketing. I'm a pilot. We have a transactional relationship. I perform a service, and they pay me handsomely. I don't even look at the company page unless I have to go there to use iCrew or conduct business.

I'll never understand how so many of you take our business relationship with the company so personally. Yet here are so many of you who got on the internet on this holiday that's so important to you to complain, giving the company free rent in your head instead of enjoying your day.
