§12.G. is what you're looking for.
New PWA is (in general) 10 hours, 9:15 actual break in duty (so, the "layover" would need to be 11:30 to get that 10). Don't neglect nuances like §12.G.13. (no consecutive layovers less than 12 hours--and, no, it's not lost on me that my association managed to get loose language in there), etc.

Follow up question: Do you need an 8 hour sleep opportunity for a DH only day? The FARs say no I believe but 12.G seems to say yes as far as the PWA goes. At least I don’t see a DH exception from looking through it.

Two Random Questions
I already used 3 IVD days and I show 1 more available - even in the July time card. I guess the additional 2 days, for 6 total for us old farts will not show up until Jul 02? Does that sound correct?
If my IVDs do correct to three available per the new PWA, I would like to drop a 6 day with the IVDs on the last three and put a PB day on day 1. Can the I-crew computer that kind of action or will it overheat?
Thanks Scoop

Im showing the same thing on my July card, having used 3 days in one instance, amd only 1 day/instance left when it should have an extra. Let’s hope they fix that. Was hoping the July time cards would be fixed on its own…

The new PWA does not change the number of instances, only the number of days. Going forward it’s 2 instances for up to 6 total days.

Just in, Flt Ops newsletter:
Effective by end-of-day on June 15, pilots who have accrued three weeks or more of vacation for the 2023-2024 vacation year will receive two additional individual vacation days (PWA 7 I. 1.b.). The two additional IVDs will be available for use once the July bid period schedules are published. This increase affects days only, not occurrences.

IVDs provide flexibility to use future vacation on current, published schedules, and they pay the daily vacation rate for each instance (not trip pay). Pilots request IVDs and see awards via PCS; please do not contact Crew Scheduling or Crew Resources to make these requests or check their status.
This IVD increase marks 63 PWA changes that Flight Ops has implemented in accordance with MOU 23-01. Between now and Aug. 31, we are slated to roll out 19 additional changes.
