Same experience for me as the others. About 3-4 months for final money to post to net benefits. Transferred it out the day after it hit. Took 2 paychecks for the employee contributions to be turned off after I cancelled them.

On another topic, does anyone know how long it's taking for reroute pay to show up on your timecard? And how long should one wait before calling CS about it?

Another data point, I finished the program a week or two ago. It's not too bad, and the phone call was only about 15-20 mins. It is easy money and worth doing.

However, my experience is the company rarely gets it right, and an ACE report is more often than not required. I just had one finally get paid from last July this week. 10+ months later…. That’s not the norm, and I’m sure there are worse examples, but that is wholly unacceptable. 10. Months.

They are eligible for gift cards if they volunteer to take a different flight. Depending on where they're going, their rebooking options might be small because they can only fly on Delta and not a JV partner.

“RR” is just a cue for the pay specialist to look at it. It’s usually anywhere between a few days to a few weeks IF they pay you at all.

So what’s the deal with these crew rest seats on the bus… specifically the window next to them? 2 hour flight and the guy is frantically searching to get me in something different at the same
time as trying to close the door. Just curious if next time I should be taking my sweet time moving my bags and finding the new seat while he calls up and keeps the door open while I’m standing up

Oh I didn't mean to imply it was DALPA taking a year, they processed it within a few months and have sent it to the Co. multiple times and are still waiting on them to pay it...
