And at any point if they wish to bid over to any other fleet at Delta then they lose their super-seniority and just exercise whatever their stapled seniority can hold.
This is the way. They spend as much time as they want in the seat they already have, and otherwise expected to finish their career at E9 with. Or they can bid up to any other seat they can hold at their new seniority. Their choice.

I realistically only see the guys that bypass flow to stay senior at EDV. Realistically how many pilots is that? APC shows 1600 active pilots. We can't possibly be talking about more than a few dozen dudes at most.

ALPA would have to lawyer up, not the individual. You, as the individual, operate under a CBA which you agree to - thus forfeiting individual legal right to sue the company over contractual obligations such as this.

That was their choice to stay.

I wasn't questioning that part, I wanted to know how many people we'd be dealing with. If anyone is gonna have any heartburn with bringing the seniority list to mainline it's them. I just wanted to know if we're talking 2 dudes, 20, or I guess in this case 200.

First...yes I did try to search. Someone posted previously that the moving company that Delta uses for relocations will also give a discount to employees paying for their own move. Unfortunately, that company is not listed in Delta Perks, and after nearly 2 hours of trying to get a human in HR that can actually help me I am at a dead end. Does anyone in the brain trust know the name of the moving company? Thanks.

Most yes, some no. There's some with 20+ years left of 121 flying that have chosen to stay.

Default Sit time pay

So I showed up today at my appointed show time only to find out my departure is delayed 3 hours 25 minutes. I printed the rotation with the new time and there is no value for the added sit time. Even though it isn’t a sit between flights, should the FO and I be paid for our newly found sit time?
