So it only takes 15 years at delta to hold all of the above.. another 10 for the plug 330/350 capt.. can you maybe begin to see how true widebody capt potential might be better at UA/AA?

How junior does NB captain go at UAL/AAL/LUV?

Ua/aa 2-4 years I believe? Delta does have the advantage there for sure. Southwest I believe is at a decade and only single type. There’s a reason only 10/30 showed up ti their latest class.

I suspect that’s a internet rumor since SWA has a CJO pool. They would have scheduled replacements and no way would 20 out of 30 not only decline but fail to notify SW they would not show up.

UA has unfilled NB captain vacancies from a bid or two ago because it went so junior many FOs weren’t eligible (probation)
