Were you rerouted or was it a delayed operation?
23 S.9. handles the payback days. I think it would have to be an IA, GS or reroute to get them. If it was your original return leg that just got delayed into your x-days, I don't think that is technically a reroute. If they removed a flight from the original rotation and replaced it with another, then you were rerouted.
As for the Golden day issue, tracking doesn't ever see that. 23 L.7. says you would need to notify scheduling of that conflict to prevent them from flying you into a hard no-fly day.

It was a MX Dropoff and return with a pickup'd plane. Pickup plane was delayed so they had us layover, on day three they just gave up on the pickup and flew us back to base on DH's.
I got the PB days right away but they never paid reroute pay to me or the line holder FO.
When I have called skeds, they say they will look into it but ultimately never hear back one way or the other.
As to the golden days, it was better to get the PB days than demand an immediate return good to know for the future.

”5. A reserve pilot whose reroute is scheduled to release more than four hours after their originally
scheduled release (25 hours for transoceanic duty periods) is eligible for reroute pay for any duty
period that extends into either an X-day or a regular line day-off unless the late release was due to
their origin or destination airport being closed or weather on their route offlight. (See Sections 23L. 9. and 14.)”
it was explained to me by a wise CA at the time “you’re owed RR pay if it’s DLs decision…otherwise you’d have to pack for a week on a 1-day trip”

I was given reroute pay off reserve in a similar scenario. SRH Pg 94;

As someone, depending on family commitments, who flip flops between reserve and line, this is good. I’ve almost missed things by getting assigned into a line holder day off.

Don’t wait for the union scheduling folks to help fix it. Call the CPO and let them know the details and that you are getting the runaround. They open up a case in an internal tracking system that we have no visibility on and will get it done much quicker.
