correct…once you are above the FULL, a YS and GS pays the same, on top of your guarantee.

Default Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

While nothing is perfect and we are predisposed to complain. I hope everyone has a long list of things to be thankful for.

Iceland air is launching kef-dtw next summer. Would be nice if delta added it as well, but they will probably won’t because it’s not Atlanta. I believe that would be a great route for the 321 neo

Depending on seniority it’s not dumb at all, YS is higher on the coverage ladder so you may get it before someone senior gets that GS.

Local in Iceland told me this spring that it's cheaper for them to fly to NYC, shop/stay for a week, and then return to KEF than to buy xmas gifts in Iceland.

I know what you’re saying but I am also angling for some PB days too. Maybe if I don’t get anything in a day or two, I can pick up an easy broken trip.

I'm an offline legacy pilot looking for some intel on the commute between DTW-JFK. Are there lots of folks on that stretch? Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

DALPA MEC dashboard shows 27 pilots that live within 75 miles of DTW and commute to NYC and only 3 pilots that live within 75 miles of NYC and commute to DTW.

The other good news about that commute is that other than a handful of new hires waiting to leave, most would do that commute to hold international departures on a specific fleet which generally have later in the day checkins and thus lend to plenty of commute flight options.
