OOOFFF (?) was wrong. Your last chance to swap with the pot is the 0700 run for next day swaps. In fact I did that myself a couple of days ago.

Swap with the Pot is by design part of the automated PCS runs. After the 0700 PCS runs any next day open time is manually covered by crew scheduling and that is right out of the contract.

If anyone is "calling crew scheduling" after the 0700 PCS run and the scheduler actually processes the swap in real time, that would be a contractual violation on the scheduler's part.

my apologies for that. I must have misunderstood the person who told me about it.

What airline code is AL and why do they get to be S3? I looked it up but I can’t imagine what I found is accurate.

Don’t have the PWA handy, anyone able to answer this? If I go to the sim for bounces on X days, does that pay toward my reserve guarantee? I’m assuming no PB days…

I believe it’s above guarantee but no PB days.

If I’m full for the month (reserve) and I fly a green slip that sits on a day that’s not an X day but says full on my schedule, is it treated as an off day, in terms of pay and pay back days? I’ve got several days off but then the last day of the month was a reserve day, but now it says full. If a GS touches that day, how is it treated?

You will get full gs pay above guarantee for the entire trip flown (credit included) but no pb day will be given for the work done on a day marked full. The rest of the original x days will earn you pb days.

For this discussion, the FULL is irrelevant. It's what's underneath the FULL that mattes. If the underlying day was originally an on call day, you do not get a PB day.

If the underlying day is an XX day, then you do get a PB day.

Basically, normally rules apply for whether or not you are due a PB day, the FULL doesn't change that.

but because I’m full, I’d still get the hours….I’d get the hours even if I yellow slipped, just not the payback days. (I’d never be dumb enough to do that, just making a point.
