Not in accordance with the contract. If you see a trip that disappears you expected to be awarded call and get paid.

I cannot imagine why Christians get slammed.
Is this from "7 Years in Tibet"? Classic Brad Pitt film.

For reserve - if you are approaching the max for the month let’s say you have 72 hours and the max is 86
can they assign you a trip that goes over that 86 and then they can’t use you after that? Or can they not assign you a trip that goes over that 86 ? Or can they do whatever they want like usual and then I fill out an ace report and get paid 6 months later

You can’t be assigned a rotation that takes your credit above ALV + 15.

Just another side to this...... If they assign you something that is not contractually legal and you accept it.....is that their fault, your fault, ...or both?

PSA for..... know your contract.

Max of 86 isn't the number to be looking at (the highest reserve guarantee can ever be is 80). It's whatever YOUR reserve guarantee (RES GUAR on your timecard) is. If you are one minute short of that number, you can be assigned a trip that takes you up to ALV+15.

I tried this and it didn't work for me. CS said it's too late once the 0700 pcs runs. Maybe it works for someone else?

You might want to wait until 1 more PCS run....then call and get paid. If you call before that , they can say...."Ooops my bad, scheduling error" and then give you the trip which you will get paid for but you will also have to fly it. The other guy that got it, will stay home and get paid if he acknowledged the trip.
Staying at home and getting paid for a scheduler error is usually "manna from heaven"

Someone will correct me if this isn't quite right. Might not be totally germane to discussion ....I didn't want to ferret out the whole scheduling snafu thread posts.

edit Sorry(sort of), it appears Sailing was embellishing on a down stream action to getting things changed after the 0700 PCS....but my info is still pertinent to scheduling errors and timing as when to point it out to them and getting paid.
