Is your 19% MBCBP on top of 16% DC? I sure as heckfire don’t want 19% MBCBP although I wouldn’t turn down 19% DC.

Also, what does a 6 hour min day (assuming hard min day) do to rotation construction specifically commutability?

This to me, is the worst hill to die on. Take the booster on your days off. There is no reason the company should have to pay out sick time for something you can do on your own time. Getting boosted knowing you can't fly for two days and expecting the company to compensate for it is ridiculous. I'm 100% all for the line guys, but this is not the place we should be warring with the company. There does need to be a *modicum* of reasonableness.

But hey you want to help the kompany out, go for it. They'll continue to take advantage of us with your type of mindset. Scariest part is you get a vote too😳😳

Inflation being sub 2% vs over 6% is a massive change. We are currently experiencing the worst inflation in about 40 years. Not sure why you think this isn’t new.
https://www.usinflationcalculator.co...-1913-to-2008/
the far right column on this page shows inflation by year, only 2 times from 2007-2020 was it above 3%. So HOW MUCH inflation is taking from us right new is definitely a new problem.

5:15 vacation and training day. -Training day is a possibility, but the math supporting vacation favors company position. 4 weeks of vacation = 1 month of pay/credit. I would prefer increasing total vacation value with more weeks. /Shields up/ - What if we negotiated more vacation, but allowed selling back/working the additional weeks? /Shields down/
6 hour min day -This will be a huge lesson in the Law of Unintended Consequences. I can already hear "We didn't think they would do that!"
19% MBCBP DOS - Please Please Please NO mandatory MBCBP. Inflation will DESTROY the value of the account. Increase the company DC and give us a CHOICE on what to do.
22% MBCBP at $1 billion profit
25% MBCBP at $2 billion profit
Large deadhead improvements -Agreed. Sitting center seat coach is more fatiguing than working the flight.
Crew meals -Serious question - Have you eaten a crew meal lately? On my last few ocean crossings the cockpit crews have eaten less than 25% of the crew meals. The ones we did eat were out of boredom. Let's come up with a food option that doesn't require eating "airplane food". Do you really want the company and the FAs in charge of your nutrition? How about building additional ground time into the trip before long flights so we can get our own food?
Optional hats and Northface jackets. -Yes on the hats. Does Northface make a jacket without a logo? IMHO, displaying a prominent logo on a company uniform is tacky. At that point, we might as well monetize the opportunity and sell uniform sponsorships.

As far as the crew meals go. What if we did it like the other airlines do it where gasp! You actually got to choose your meal before the flight? You get to pick from the selection of meals offered to FC on that route and an extra one is put on for you. Ordering for food when your schedule is out, for reserves you have a list of options you want ranked and then catering puts the meal on the aircraft specfor you. The other major airlines have figured this out its just our air line hasn't..
