Default miCrew Issue on new iPhone 13

Just got an iPhone 13; moving up from an 11. The new one was restored from an iCloud back-up of the old phone. 90% of the apps I had transferred over with no problem, but of course, the Delta proprietary stuff was absent. The 13 was shipped with an earlier OS (14 point something), but I updated to the latest, 15.1 after the restore was complete and I was having problems deleting the backup from my old iPhone. Workplace One populated on the new phone, showing Deltanet, Flight Family and miCrew as available for installation. It took three attempts, but I was able to install miCrew (at least the icon populated). When I try to launch miCrew, I get a pop-up message that states "UNTRUSTED ENTERPRISE DEVELOPER. iPhone Distribution: Delta Air Lies, Inc." has not been trusted on this iPhone. Until this developer has been trusted, their enterprise apps will not be available for use."

So I called Delta IT support and tried to choose the most appropriate menu prompts, which was ultimately "other" (#8, I think). The lady I spoke with was evidently flustered by the circumstance I described and eventually placed me on hold; then a ring tone began. which led to a greeting from "Pilot Assist." They were useless. No offer of help, but quick to inform me I am due no assistance since I am attempting to use the miCrew app on a personal device (which I have been doing for several years). Since I used miCrew on my personal phone at about a 200:1 ratio compared to on my company EFB, I came to rely on it as an important tool for accomplishing my job. I had been thinking it was sort of generous of me to provide a device that enhances my ability to perform for Delta - all they have to do is hook me up with the software. I was honestly taken aback to be thrown under the bus on this one.

Anybody else with a similar experience or suggestion for a resolution? Thanks.

Go on deltanet.
Type MiCrew in deltanet search bar
2nd return is Micrew App manual
Go to page 3 and read instructions for Apple iOS install. There you will find permissions the app needs and how to do it.

Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, you can trust the enterprise developer in there

Thanks to you Palooza and Planetrain as well. Obviously looking for instructions on Deltanet would have been the smart thing to do before I sought help .... that's just not the way I roll, evidently. I must have had a false sense of confidence, given I was an existing user! Nevertheless, sorry that I had to rely on my colleagues when our own IT folks couldn't even point me in the right direction.

Thanks so much for the good info!
