Those that keep predicting a 365…where are you predicting displacements from?

I see a 210 coming. Company is going to want to keep that ace in the hole.

Like 3 pilots from SEA7ERB would work

idk if this one will be a 365 but I can see why they would want to save that for an end of summer bid.

This assumes we don’t have a contract by end of summer and/or we leave this awful 365 bid option in a new contract.

remember, the don’t ACTUALLY have to displace anyone … AE just has to say there will be displacements to get a 365 window.

but I don’t think they’d do that …… (/s)

I don’t know what y’all mean. We are staffed right for summer 2022 right? That’s what they’ve said! We aren’t going to be running a little hot anymore.

If you notice people junior to you going to training (to same category from same AE) and you have no training posted at all, how does pay protection work?

Should you expect to find yourself on the same Conversion List?

You will not find your name on the conversion list. That is for category movement and only shows who is moving to the new category for bidding purposes. If you are passed over for training, you will not be converted, just pay protected. There is a monthly report run on the 15th of each month that will automatically identify pilots who will be pay protected. You can submit an inquiry via Deltanet > FlightOperations > Contact Crew Resources (Link in Popular Tools frame on right) and ask for verification of your pay protection. You can expect a response within a couple days.

Do you have vacation that interferes with training? Did you request to protect your vacation on the AE bid preferences? I have seen at least one case where a pilot was on the wrong training list and subsequently scheduled for the wrong class. Mistakes happen...
