So, I flew a GS 29 Dec-01 Jan (release time 2344 on the 1st). I have X days 1-3 January then reserve 4-6. My payback day has not been put on my schedule. However, I was just assigned a trip 4-6 January. I attempted to call CS , but hung up after 5 minutes on hold. At what point do I wait on hold longer to fix their mistake? This isn’t a fly now, grieve later situation, is it?
Thanks to CX, I believe my payback day begins 0844 on the 4th, ends 0844 on the 5th.

Last tidbit if they can’t issue pr day they will give you two pb days in bank.

Kinda fielders choice. If you let them know now they will put pb day on the 4th and pr until 844 on the 5th but if you let it slide and call at end of month they will put the pb days in your bank for future use. I’ve had this a couple of times and went both ways. If you call anytime with days on remaining they will put the pb and pr on next on call days.

Not sure what they will try to sell you, but they don’t have that choice. Ask for a supervisor and involve the CPO if necessary.

I called back. They asked if I wanted the payback day in my bank or on my schedule. I took the schedule option. I didn’t think there was an option if you still had on-call days remaining in the month.

GS pay question
I have been looking at my time cards and the numbers aren’t adding up. I spent about 25 minutes in the CPO today and couldn’t get my issue resolved so I’m turning to the pros.
First question-I flew a 2 day GS 30 Nov-1Dec worth 10.30. On the 30th I blocked 2:55. On the 1st I blocked 2:58. The numbers for the trip are 5:53BL, 4:27CR, :10MU (MiCrew). How many GS hours should be on my November time card and how many GS hours should be on my December time card? I was a line holder both months.
Second question- 4-day GS 29 Dec-1 Jan worth 21.03. On the 29th I blocked 4:01 (red eye). 30th 2:36 block. 31st 3:49 block and 1:39 DH. 1st :56 DH and 5:00 block. The numbers for the trip are 15:26BL, 4:06CR, 1:31MU (numbers from MiCrew) How many GS hours should be on my December time card and how many GS hours should be on my January time card. I was a line holder in December and am on reserve in January. January 1st was an X-day. The payback day was applied correctly.
If anyone can either answer or point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate it.

Block and DH in Nov on Nov card
Block and DH in Dec on Dec card.
The single pay and credit shows in the top 3rd of timecard along with your “normal” rotations. It’s the section that shows date, block, credit, open/closed etc.
The additional GS pay (single pay) will show about 2/3 way down the timecard…it’s labeled something like “G/S pay”
