I got the PB days added to my bank, plus paid correctly. I guess I was under the impression that anytime you touch an x day you get a full 24hr PB day plus the 9 or 13hrs after block in.

That would be great, but sadly not the case. This is why people want a GS that releases as close to, but after, 1500 lol.

Yup. When rolling thunder, the PR gets turned into a full PB, so that post 1500 release is a big deal to knock out Res days quickly. If not rolling thunder, it’s not really relevant.

I guess that's where I'm confused. All my greenies so far end at around 4 or 5

But it is still relevant if they're trying to stuff PB days in the bank. PR days can't be put into the bank, which means it becomes a full PB day. So if you have no reserve days left in the month, then that 1 day that releases after 1500 will net you 2 PB days in the bank. Also a great tool and I'm guessing Mr. 800+ hours probably utilized this to his advantage.

Do we still have an ALPA rep in the scheduling dept?

Trying to get payback days sorted for two one day GS and I think I'm being shorted based on a read of Scheduling Alert 20-13. Scheduler insists their math is correct.
I'm aware I can submit to ACE, but by the time they review it, I will already have been assigned to work what should have been a partial payback day...

If you have spoken with scheduling and they don’t agree, ace is your next step. Be sure to include who/when you talked to scheduling to preserve the timeliness of the dispute if ace takes too long. If you are owed an extra day it will go into the bank.

If you aren’t completely sure you are correct you can post the details here on on the FB scheduling page and get a crowd sourced answer.

Every GS I take, I just assume they'll screw up my PB days. So far this year, nearly 75% of the time, they've screwed mine up which involved a phone call to get it fixed. Generally speaking, I just tell them my PB days are messed up and they apply them correctly without me telling them what I am owed. If you're good with it, throw up the generic details of the trip or do what bug said, and you'll get a quick answer.
