Sometimes CS forgets to add your PB day. A phone call fixes it.

Flag on the play. A reroute into golden days should carry a stiffer penalty. Like an IA trigger or direct deposit of PB days into the bank. Otherwise why even have golden days?

A reroute into an off day should be illegal, end of story. It's my day off, it shouldn't matter whether it's a golden day of not. Their failure to staff properly shouldn't be my emergency.

I’d argue that a reroute into an off day should be a proffer, not illegal. Plenty of off days we get stuck with aren’t necessarily of our choosing.

I agree with this. As long as we get payback days (banked or later in the month), there are many times when I don't mind being worked into an off day (for extra money)

You DO get a PB day an premium pay. That’s what we have now.

The fact that I have a golden day should be absolutely sacred. Period. We have lives, and plans, and should not be able to be involuntarily be mandated to work an extra day. It’s totally unacceptable I’m any circumstance, IMO.

Short of a blizzard or hard broke jet, There is never a reason circumstance when I should ever have to work on a so-called hard day off. Ever.

I didn't say it's okay to do it all the time but making it illegal is the opposite extreme

Now that you mention it, my recent experience has included reminding CS that I am due Payback days. Used to be automatic, but now requires follow-up.
