Based on the way they annotate reroute pay and other odds-and-ends pays, I'd guess it'd have a separate line worth 2:00 listed as 4H2, 4H3 or 4H4 depending on what the situation for reserve it was.

What about the “more than maximum” short call? Should that show up on the time card?

Good question. I'm just guessing on the suit-up pay based on other odd pay situations. My guess would be the same for extra SC. Anybody have any 'actual' experience?

Your reserve guarantee number goes up by one, you get an SCC entry for the extra time, and there's a line below all of that which states "Additional S/C" and will count up as you go above the max.
