Also, you only get pay no credit if your actual duty day touches an X day on a GS (not the 9 hours after). If it did you would also get all daily credits for that day, including duty rig.

That’s only for a reserve GS, the OP had an assignment on reserve days with late ops into his X day.

I think my history and any reputation I might enjoy here speaks for itself.
Well, Fangs, that's DALPA's job - to protect yours. In good or bad.
If you steal from the company (like a headset off a CPO door, for example), DALPA can - and SHOULD - cut you loose, and you deserve to be fired. Yes, it’s happened. Those 4 747 pilots willfully stole, repeatedly, from the company for years. Which cost the rest of us as a result, in real consequences (SC to the max for a whole summer), in future goodwill from the company, not to mention any intangible effects.
“Representing you” is not a blank check to be abused. There is a limit. For “normal” things, I would absolutely agree. But this ain’t even in the same universe. No, I don’t want my union to waste effort, energy, or resources on you if you willfully steal, repeatedly, and cause the rest of us to “have to wear diapers” as a result. I was, and am, righteously indignant. Sorry, not sorry.

And, honestly, I think this is correct using Fangs' logic from prior example about what time(domicile) the FDP started and leg blocked out. Block is paid on the calendar day the leg originates and trip credit is paid on the day the last duty period reports? In my case, the FDP reported on a RES day and the last leg blocked out on the RES day. It blocked in after 0130 domicile time and released after 0200 domicile time.
Example:
Pilot based in ABC assigned one day trip on Short call scheduled to release at 2330 on RES day.
Report time 1400 (on RES day)
DH ABC-XYZ 1600-1830 (2:30 Block)
Fly XYZ-XYZ 2100-2125 (0:25 Block)(Gate return due MX issue after two hour ground stop)
FLY XYZ-ABC 2225--0145 (3:20 block) (Massive reroute due weather/ATC added an hour to scheduled block time)
Release time 0215 (on X day)
All stations/times are in the same time zone.

Question on new reroute rules. On reserve had assignment. Got rerouted on day one into day two. They gave me a new overnight on day one. Then a different turn on day two then rejoined the trip for the overnight on day two.
Reading the contract it seems that may have been a contractually illegal reroute since we traversed our base in the middle of the reroute. Also, am I due pay for the reroute as a reserve? What’s the best course of action here? Not seeing anything on my time card and the trip is showing closed.

Other than that, unless you were rerouted more than four hours into an X day, I don't think any extra pay is generated.
CORRECTION: After reading latest info, I think reroute pay may apply. I thought these applied only to lineholders, but apparently reserve also? Look up Scheduling Alert 23-12 for more detail:
Effective with the August 2023 bid period, a pilot (regular or reserve) who is rerouted will receive under Section 23 L. 4.:
• One half pay, no credit for each rerouted flight segment (operating or deadheading) prior to the first break in duty following the reroute, in addition to any other form of pay for each such flight
• Single pay, no credit for each rerouted flight segment (operating or deadheading) after the first break in duty following the first rerouted flight, in addition to any other form of pay for each such flight
• Single pay, no credit for any subsequent rerouted flight segment (operating or deadheading), including pilots who were returned to their original rotation and then rerouted again, in addition to any other form of pay for each such flight

Hi, I’m HK and my job is to accuse others of being someone I don’t like. I’ll dox anyone if I can, accurate or not, and then I’ll go to “my office” to get them in trouble. Don’t like it? Tough, cuz I’m HK and I know best.
