0 days to hold LC reserve, since all our reserve is LC! Except up to 6 times per month you can be converted to SC but generally you can either avoid that or early sit more than 2-3 depending on circumstances.

Remember that the Line -v- Res dynamic is likely to change over the next couple of months as we implement 18-hr LC and 2-day-prior assignment processing. I'm watching how the reserve folks get utilized and how the next couple months awards go. "Junior Lineholder" could be the plug if the reserve system changes much for the better. Especially in the summer when 'it's hot'.

Conversely, if they max out every reserve with 6 SC per month that will drive reserve more junior.

Question for the reserve gurus, assigned SC for tomorrow last day of month, if they fly me tomorrow then DH me back next day (can’t fly me due to 30/168) and it’s a day off on a line month do they owe me premium?

For those not already aware, they’ve already gone berserk with SC assignments to compensate for 18 hour callout as predicted.

That is now a proffer, and if you accept it, then yes that FDP and any soft credit gets paid as premium.

Ok, it’s all coming together now, namely the iCrew note on the front page staring at me, thanks Fangs!

So a GS when on RES and FULL does not get a PB day? Is this new?

No. PB days are only when a GS is flown on an x-day. A FULL day is not an x-day. Been this way for quite awhile.
