I reached out to them today and was given an email for pilot selection, if that helps. It was an exceptionally quick response from the Facebook group.

I had the wrong college GPA on my application. I had ordered about 4 transcripts, opened one of them to scour it for any errors, found my GPA, listed it, and never thought of it again. In the dozens of app reviews I did, never once thought about re-checking my GPA. In my interview, the pilot who was filling the role of HR was the pseudo "bad cop" and when they were on the interview part of reviewing my app with me, he said something along the lines of "is there a reason your GPA in college is different than on your app?" Turns out I listed my GPA within my specific major as opposed to my overall GPA. I took 2 seconds to compose myself, said something along the lines of "whoops. I'm sorry. Did not mean to do that." He said something like "no problem, let's pen and ink the change, initial, and move on." I didn't give it a second thought the rest of the interview. Thinking about it, I could have very easily let it rattle me.
From talking with other interviewees, from what I understand, an application error can go multiple ways. Someone I know failed to list their private pilot checkride failure and he basically said there was no recovering from it. Another pilot I know messed up their college GPA and the interviewers just laughed about it. My point is, no two interviews are alike; I think one of the toughest things to do, yet is crucial in this process, is roll with the punches. You may get punched a lot in the interview; you may not get punched at all.
Hang in there; don't slack on your prep, and you'll be on property before you know it!

Completely depends on background. I had zero 121 pic but had 2000+ military pic. Fighter guys guy hired with super low time and no 121 pic, but they also fly 1-1.5 hour sorties. So this question is hard to answer without knowing what exactly you are looking for.

Brother, first off, my deepest sympathies to you for not receiving the CJO. I'm rooting for you on your next interview, and I think you'll walk away with the CJO and this will be a small blip in what will otherwise be an awesome career.
