Anyone get held up by the shrink in the new interview system? How often do they meet and what's the current rate of acceptance afterwards?

dont get wrong…but if the that part of the process catches people they probably forget they were in an interview. Currently it seems like 75-80% hire rate is holding steady. They really do want to hire everyone that shows up. No games they really just want to get to know who you are. I don’t know how many days of the week they are interviewing.

Just a heads up to anyone waiting on results from the assessment. From the time I took it to the time I got the interview invite was almost a month. So from what I gather if you don't get the TBNT don't lose hope.

not necessarily and usually not even close. They send lots of people to the board and during the old process they still had a 95% acceptance rate for those that were sent for review. I was just wondering if the board review had changed from the old process.

Anyone experience delays in getting the email to start the background check docs? I’m a week post-CJO and still don’t have anything (yes, checking junk mail as well). A few others in my interview group said they had gotten emails already.

I got my email from the background check folks 1 week to the day from my CJO (9/22). It was just signing additional PRIA stuff and that’s the last I’ve heard.

What can a newhire generally make first year? I know this varies. But on average? Is there easy potential to make more then average? Or are newhires mostly held to guarantee because of being on reserve etc... ? How long are most newhires on reserve for?

Thanks

I was in NY, and NB NY is always short staffed. I was generally able to get a GS most months. And held a line pretty quick. With the hiring numbers coming up, it could probably get there again.

Do you think you’ll make a lot more money at Delta than United?
