Thanks! I am just trying to get my stuff co-located before my app goes live. Fingers crossed that I have to answer these questions when/if I get the call.

Default Upcoming Interview

Anyone interviewing on Monday, 9/27? Trying to see if anyone (or everyone) might be interested in getting together the night before for dinner?

Good luck all!

How far out are the class dates if offered? Interview on 10/07 and I have shoulder surgery scheduled for 10/13. Gonna put me out of the game for 6-8 weeks(unless they find more after they open me up). Just got this scheduled and I NEED to get it done. Wondering how Delta will respond.

I believe invites are running approx 4 weeks out.

As for how Delta will respond, I am going to say they will react favorably. Just tell them the truth…they might punt you a few weeks…they might even keep you in the same class date and just have you go through Indoc at a later date.

We had an empty seat in my class because the guys house had the roof ripped off in a hurricane two days before Indoc…he kept his original Indoc date for seniority purposes and aircraft bidding, but physically attended Indoc a month later.

My guess. The assessment is all about the personality test questions. The brain games are a distraction.

everyone talks about the games and how they screwed up a bunch and passed anyway. Others are sure they got every soduku and flew the plane through the tunnel and still failed it somehow. Nobody is paying attention to the personality test at the end. Maybe that’s the actual only test that matters.

That’s good to know, thanks for the update!

Could be. When I interviewed at Cathay, they had a test in long division. It was followed immediately by the psych test. Rumor was the long division was just to numb your mind so you’d answer the psych test honestly.

How long does the whole interview process usually take? Do they have you out of there around 4 or 5 if you’re successful?

I was out at 3:30 pm, and managed to catch a 4:45 flight home. Originally they had me scheduled for an 8:00 flight. But when I left, there were still 3 guys left waiting on the Psychologist.
