Has anyone else been waiting on the AON assessments since October? Received the TT email mid-October and still no word on the assessments.

Default Aon

My Aon experience:

Cut-e prep was good, they only had me do spatial orientation (NDB), deductive logical thinking (sudoku shapes), multitasking (maths, shapes, airplane), ATC recordings, work behavior (personality assessment). Personally I felt like I probably performed average. I believe I got incorrect answers on all of them except the ATC recordings. Highest instances of incorrect on multi-tasking which I hope is expected haha. Trying now to forecast the results, but no joy, I cant control what happens now. I got the assessment invite 3 days after receiving the first "Aon eligible" email. Availability listen in application is 2 weeks notice. YMMV and god speed to all of us haha

Hey, I've got 7 days to complete the AON assessment.. Do you think two days of Cut-e is enough? I had to do one of these cognitive tests before for my current carrier. I don't want to over stress about the AON if there's not much more you can do to prepare other than a few practice tests.

Best of luck and hope you hear soon!

I did two hours of prep, mainly RBI and sudoku and I passed so I think two days would be enough.

All the cognitive tests do is wear you down for the psych portion.

Hey all, probably a stupid question.

Getting all my documents together for the upcoming interview. It specifies a passport. It also specifies US work authorization documentation. If I’m a US citizen does the passport cover this? I’m questioning mostly because some other items it says if applicable, but doesn’t on this item.

thanks

Passport will suffice. No work authorization needed if a US citizen.

Tell your 'friend' that my 'friend' had a DUI arrest in 2015 (no conviction; mid-2023 interview) and got the CJO. He/she told me that they answered a non-descript question with the story, demonstrating empathy and what they learned, and no further questions were asked. They were, however, asked to initial next to the DUI on the application after HR counseled them regarding the 10-year policy, whether it was based on a conviction date or the arrest date. HR didn't know and said the CJO could later be rescinded in the background phase, contingent on what they found.

None of that mattered though cause my 'friend' failed the psychology interview portion, after the CJO and then after the PARB, the CJO was rescinded for an unknown reason. No reattempts allowed.

Good to know! Thanks for the info.
