What does this mean for those of us given the CJO late October?

Another person a couple pages back said class sizes might increase to condense the timeline from CJO to class date. Is this accurate?

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like DL will be hiring 200 a month for the first half of 2024. I would expect things to start moving quicker again, if that stands true. There are quite a few of us that are waiting on the AON, over 3 months at this point.

Default AON Test Prep

Any recent hires who remember the specific AON tests (e.g., tube flight, relative bearing, sudoku, moving dots, reaction rate)? Practicing on pilotest.com and wanting to focus (or expand) as required.

Unfortunately dont have any guidance on that, im not in pilot selection just passing along what the bid package stated. If youve already got the CJO in hand Id estimate youll be headed to ATL between the next 8-12 weeks, 12 being the extreme. Enjoy the holidays, welcome to Delta!

The stated goal is to hire 200/month. With a class every week, that's 50/class. There were a few classes in the summer done two weeks apart that were over 100 folks. Having just finished Indoc, I don't see that much additional capacity in that part of the system. I would continue to expect 10-12 weeks from CJO to class if you're immediately available. The holidays won't make that go faster.

I know waiting is the hardest part!

Has anyone heard any more about this?

My AON from last week consisted of Sudoku, Relative Bearing, Multitasking, listening to ATC, and the psych test.

No more tube flight and counting the moving dots in the Petri dish?
