Mine is set to two weeks. Submitted the app a couple of weeks back after reviewed by a Delta guy at Checked & Set. Crickets so far. I have almost 4500TT and current 121 FO on A-320. 2 internal LoR's. Feeling concerned I haven't received anything from them at all. Is the timeline just longer now with so many apps?

When did you send the app? Well this is very confusing ,sending the application is when you did for first time to publish or update the app ?

Any time you click update it shows a new update date in the app, and I know it helps to maintain interest of the job but what are the pros and cons of updating the app. I know I’m updating the information, specially the flight time, but is it better to have the recent update date on the app? That mean if you update you reset the day you apply , so if after apply is about a month for the Top tier email and if you update the app it update that month for the top tier for example ? Hahahhaa so confusing

The timeline varies differently for everyone, most people saying availability triggers the top tier, some saying it’s tighter just for AON assignments I’m trying to get a pattern.

I got 13kTT , 5.5K pic A320 , and not info the all , do I’m missing something , I guess everything is just waiting , timeline is getting longer

Any advise is appreciated.

thanks 😊

Just completed the AON today and I am curious how long folks are waiting to get results or hear anything after the assessment?

dont think there is a set time limit. some get the aon within day(s) of getting top tier while some months after regardless of if notice is set to 2 weeks

Took it on a Thursday. Received the invite Saturday morning waiting to board a flight. It seems like they send the responses out in batches. I had a buddy take it Friday and here back Saturday as well.

I received the results on the 7th day after taking the AON. Unusual it seems, but a datapoint nonetheless.

Pros: As you update you may cross some unknown points threshold to trigger the process. Plus, it you forget about it for months, they may not think you are interested. Nobody actually knows how the app is scored.

Cons: none

Take the opportunity at each update to look through each section. Can I improve my grammar or punctuation? Looking at your history think, 'can I remember any other/additional job responsibilities or duties?'.

Early on in the AirlineApps world, at the end of your app you had the opportunity to "print for review"; print it out and look at it hard-copy. It's amazing how staring at the same app the same way a hundred times can make you gloss over a mistake.

Having it printed also can reveal where you have room to tweak a response. For instance, when I filled out my app, you could type and type and type in some of the text boxes and it wouldn't cut you off. When you printed it off, however, you'd discover that it limited you to X-words per text box. I had to go and edit each box to make sure the important stuff was included before the cutoff.
