As another data point, I got the background check email 5 days after my interview. It has now been two weeks since the interview, and I have not yet received any info about a class date.

Anyone have any info on what the virtual meet and greet consists of, or straight forward recruiter sit down? And anyone got a foot in the door through the process?

It’s been 10 days for me since my CJO and just received an email stating I have cleared the pre-employment process but said it could take a while to enroll me in class. Curious if you have heard from them regarding your class date today. Congrats again!

Had kind of a random thought: Depending on when my class date is, I may be going in for CQ at my current airline before I start at Delta. No big deal, but the thought did occur, if someone does have a training in-completion or repeat or something between the CJO and their start date, can that cause an issue?

Looking for guidance or advice from all of you people that are much smarter than me. I got the CJO on the 14th and I've filled out all the Cisive background info. I haven't heard anything yet which isn't a surprise but I am scheduled to start initial qualification at another major this upcoming week. I'm hesitant to withdraw from the sure thing I have until I have a class with Delta. What I am worried about is that I start training with the other company and then get a class date from Delta and leave in the middle of training. As I understand it my record will get hit with a training withdrawal. When I interviewed my record was clean and from what I gather you can start class without your PRIA records being cleared. What if my records come back and now there is a training withdrawal that "I didn't disclose" on my records even though it came after the interview and is because I'd be switching to Delta.

So my question is this a non-issue or something I should be concerned about?

Follow-up to my previous data point: Received notice that I cleared the pre-employment checks today, but no class date. A little over 2 weeks post CJO.

I got the 'completed another step in the process by clearing pre-employment' email at 11:42 on Thursday, had the class date offer email at 16:02 on Friday. Not sure how the weekend will affect that. Congrats!
