Is that YOUR availability or when you can take the Assessment?

August is my availability to start training. Delta emails you saying the assessment will come within 24 hours from an airlineapps account and you have 7 days to take it. If you pass or fail you usually find out within a day or two. If you pass you'll get dates to pick for an interview and if you fail you will get a try again in 3 months. (FWIW I know someone who failed and got a new top tier at 3 months and a day and an assessment retake at 3 months and 7 days)

I'm not sure availability has much to do with it. I got my CJO last Tuesday with a January 2024 availability and another AF guy in my interview group got one with a November 2024 availability! I know waiting sucks (I waited an extra 3 months after I didn't pass the assessment), but they will get to you. Good luck!

Angry AON error

Hey yall, first time poster.
I got the AON invite 4/24, and took it today. sadly, on the second to last of the Verbal Comprehension questions I got some kind of error that ended the test. I sent an email to the AON tech support and to the pilotselection.delta email. Has anyone experienced this? A search didn't turn anything up on here. Curious how long it takes and if there's anything else I can be doing. Thanks everyone.

This happened to me, error during Verbal Comprehension. Emailed tech support and they reset ONLY that session. They did it within a business day. Don't sweat it. I still passed the AON.

Thanks!
Just go in to the interview with a ZZ Top beard and suit with sunglasses and they gotta hire you 👍.

Regarding my AON assessment issue, tech staff reset the specific test I couldn't complete the next day, a Saturday, and I was able to complete using a different browser and faster internet. I suggest having an up-to-date browser prior to taking. For those wondering I applied 3/22, top tier email 3/27, AON invite 4/25.
the tests currently used, just as stated in a previous post, are:

-Spatial orientation (relative bearing questions)
-Reaction speed (click when two shapes match)
-Deductive logical thinking (sudoku, 4 and 5 grids)
-Monitoring ability (moving dots)
-Multi-tasking capability (3 tasks at once- math, finding duplicate shapes, and a slider to avoid a crash)
-Auditory comprehension (audio clips of clearances in different accents)
-Complex control (tunnel flight)
-Work-related behavior (standard personality test)

unlike what others said, i did find the sudoku tests to be a bit easier than I was practicing for. medium to hard difficulty on most pratice sites.

Default Online assessment

Feeling a little lousy/stupid. I went to TPNx the other week and talked to Delta while I was there. A few days later, I started receiving emails from them about updating my application, and then I received the invitation to take the online assessment. I took it in a quiet spot free of distractions but recieved the news the next day that I was not successful on the assessment. In all honesty, I did not realize this was something that there are prep courses for. I kind of just expected it to be a personality assessment. Anyway I know you can reapply in 3 months. Are the chances decent at getting another shot after 3 months? I didn't think I'd hear from Delta so quickly anyway since I'm under 2000 total time. I do have over 1000 turbine though and I saw that was announced today as being the new prefered qualification. Hope I didnt blow my shot with Delta.
