I still brought my paper logbook (mostly flight training and some instructing) to the interview as they had my endorsements.

Got a PDF in Jeppesen format, went down to FedEx and had it printed for $20-$30 with a plastic front and hard paper back. Nobody made a fuss of it. I used the same technique at another major and had no issues also.

I also went the FedEx route and printed it all out. Bookmarked my checkride passes and failures as well as relevant endorsements.

Ive done both the FedEx office routes with binding and then Delta with Prosoft Binders. I’ll admit when I saw the price ($250ish with printing too) I was thrown back. But the product was really nice and the service was amazing. The lady spent 25 minutes on the phone with me going over formatting and best practices. I was really impressed with it all. Not sure you have to do that specifically, but with the service they provided and the extra time they spent with me I’d probably do it again if I had the choice. I’ve said this what I feel has been over and over between this, consulting prep and a new suit; it’s a drop in the bucket compared to having that sweet CJO in hand knowing I’ll be able to take care of my kids’ kids.

Also, if they say the roll is too big, ask them if you can use the side of any random straight edge (wall, desk, 13 piece inch of custom plastic) to tear it off into random sections. Ragged edges are a plus.
If you use the half sheet foldable kind of dot matrix paper, be sure to schedule at least a month to carefully fold each and every page in on itself as if someone might actually read what’s in it.
Then throw it in the trash can on the way out, because it’s 2021 and everything important is on a computer screen.
(Seriously, spend the $$$ at a nice print shop).
