Remember, the psych is PART OF THE INTERVIEW…. It might seem obvious here, but they are very skilled at getting you to drop your guard and just chat. Remember your prepared ideas for TMAAT stories and always work back to your circles.

Yes, and the tricky part is that you get your CJO before the shrink …. Sneaky.

Yes the psychiatrist I talked to was very professional and good at their job. Just be honest and be yourself. They'll see right through anything else.

It’s been 2 weeks now since I took the online assessment, no word yet. Has anyone else waited this long? Everyone I’ve spoken to both here and elsewhere have received word one way or the other within a few days. Just curious how long I should wait before following up in some way.

That’s a long time to wait…plus the stress and anxiety.

I can’t tell you what the other companies do, but I can say with 100% enthusiasm that ECIC is worth every penny. I had about 2.5 weeks to prepare for my interview and they did a fantastic job at preparing me and making sure I was comfortable. Shelley did my final top off and we spent nearly four hours on the phone. CJO in hand, and it was the best decision I made in the whole process.
