I'm about to take the AON assessment. Been using cut-e and practicing on medium/hard. Some of the times I do well on them and other times not so much. Anyone know what kind of scores delta is looking for on these? Are they lookin at each individual game score, or taking the average of all of them? I read earlier on this thread some people saying the games are more just extra and the only thing that actually matters is the personality test, but not sure how true that statement is. Feeling nervous because this feels like the biggest toss up of the whole application process and would be the most frustrating part to cause you to lose out of a cjo

If it matters, I thought I did poorly on the sudoku and flying the tube sections and still got hired.

The scoring on the practice sites is arbitrary and has no bearing upon how Delta scores it. The general consensus is as you said in that the personality traits test is what matters, but nobody really knows that with any certainty. Do the best you can on the games and be as honest/consistent as possible for the personality portion. Just take your time and try not to game the game when answering the questions. Avoid extremes when it makes sense.

Now I guess just time to wait to hear back. How long did it take for you to find out the results of your assessment?

Appreciate the response. I just got done with the assessment. Majority of the games were much easier than they were on cut-e which was a bit of a relief. Definitely helped that I've been doing sudoku's since I was a teenager. That flying tunnel game has always been the most frustrating for me. The personality test questions were a bit strange in that they weren't just one question to agree or disagree about but rather 2 different questions to compare which made it hard when both questions were positive or both were negative.

I got that email the same day, invitation to take the assessment on the 30th (was an email saying I’d receive a link for the actual test within the next 24 hours and that one came on the 31st) and then just took the test earlier this morning. Used cut-e to prepare

Thanks for the information. When did you submit the app/receive a “fix it”?
