DL Hiring: New Process

CutE is the most accurate to the real assessment in my opinion. While it's nice to see comparative scores on RST some of them are just not accurate or attainable for the average applicant and are more akin to people trying to max a score out of a video game.

I went back 20 pages and couldn't find where the sections were talked about. Care to share which to focus on?

Post #2176 and there may have been another more recent, but I believe it basically said the same thing.

8 sections
Spatial orientation (ndb/rmi in relation to aircraft-its timed for 3 mins)
Reaction speed (click when two shapes match each other)
Deductive logical thinking (sudoku style—which shape should be in which position on the grid)
Monitoring ability(how many dots are moving around in a circle)
Multi-tasking capability (3 tasks at once—-adding/subtracting, determining if shapes are duplicated in a row of other shapes, and a slider like the game asteroids where you avoid objects to prevent a crash)
Auditory comprehension (audio clips of clearance read backs or approach clearances and you have to choose the correct answer from 3 multiple choice options) You can't practice this on Cut-e but you can use pen and paper for this portion.
Complex control (use your mouse to guide your plane through a series of rotating circles)
Work-related behavior(standard personality test)

I've completed the Cut-E/AON tests and the only math there is some easy adding and subtracting in the Multi-tasking capability test.

Since Cut-E has some that are in there that delta doesn’t use luckily I was referring to one they are not using. Generally the math word questions on Cut-e that ask, “if an Australian football field is 38 meters long how many mm is that?”

For me that was not part of the current Cut-E/AON assessment.
