I transcribed my paper one to electronic format but I still brought the original per the instructions. I never used whiteout but I definitely had corrections in my paper logbook.

I highly doubt that will be a problem. Makes for a funny story…. Good luck!

I agree with Fangs that it is doubtful it would be a big deal.

Interviewer: Tell me about a time when you made a decision that you later regretted/wish you had handled differently?

You: Let's start by opening my logbook up and turning to page 2............

I'd say that shows attention to detail. If you were going to create an elaborate forgery I doubt white out would be a key element. The fact that you went back and corrected it on paper says you wanted to be as accurate as possible. I only keep a log for my GA currency now, but with 17,000ish hours I bet there's a few errors and several undocumented flights I will never have the energy to correct. This can be a GOOD talking point. "I want to reflect my experience accurately while knowing my experience is near the minimum. I see this as a great opportunity that may be available to me for a limited time relatively early in my career and I know I have the ability but this log is the only way to express that to the interview panel so I want to be accurate"

Thank you all ! I appreciate your feedbacks. I had a sleepless night trying to figure out how to explain the messy logbook.

From what I was told, they are looking to check the final boxes to get you the assessment invite. Delta is huge on attention to detail and following directions. A week from my fix it to invite

Do they still force you to have the gene therapy injections before you interview? Anyone know someone hired without it?

We’ve never required gene therapy to get hired

Not sure what their criteria is when they look it over but my logbooks were a mess. Three of the big ones with 18k hours and mistakes that cascaded. I got a 3 pack of white out tape and went page by page doing the math and making the corrections as cleanly as possible. In the end about 80% of my logbooks have clean and neat white out corrections but they are absolutely perfectly accurate. I didn't even get a single question about my logbooks...

Gotcha thank you. Just the week mark today so I'll wait patiently to hear (or not).
