I have heard it's very hit or miss. Some people never receive the email at all and they are sitting in class. Sounds like if you are itching to know, you can reach out to hiring and they will let you know. As of today, I have yet to hear myself. 10/5 CJO.

I'm new here, trying to get data on how early I can/should hit "submit" on my app. Delta's Facebook page just said that they're giving CJOs about 1 year out for military (https://www.facebook.com/deltapilotrecruiting)

My availability date in March 2024. If I were to hit submit now, does anyone foresee any drawbacks in doing so?

Thanks in advance.

Just submit it. I submitted mine 11 months before I was available so that I could attend a meet and greet, when they were advertising 9 months for military. I interviewed and got a CJO in June... almost to the day, 9 months out I got my assessment invite.

So I’m military and just got a CJO on 11/10. My availability date is Jan 2024 and they were super cool with it. There was another mil guy that was in the same boat as well during my interview.

Default The timeline giveth...

Is this timeline still roughly accurate for those that recently received a CJO? (assuming you get to the next round).

Submit to Assessment: 1-2 weeks
Assessment to Interview: 4-6 weeks
CJO to Indoc: ~4 months

Is cut-e still the play for decent assessment prep?

Cut-e is still the go to.

Can't speak for the timelines besides what's on the previous pages
