DL Hiring: New Process

Thank you for that! A few more questions if you don’t mind. I currently use LogTenPro which can generate a summary page, not sure what kind of summary they are looking for… time by aircraft or aircraft type (turbo prop, turbo fan etc)?
Also, set 2 documents require
“1. Pilot certificates and FAA First Class Medical (Originals and one copy).
2. ATP certificate (Original and one copy) or one copy of valid ATP written exam results if you do not have an ATP certificate.”
Are they asking for all certs? I copied the frontside of all my current certificate (CFI and ATP) and medical all on 1 page, is that okay?
For the atp certified by itself, I printed it out both front and back, I know it doesn’t specify to do so, I figured it wouldn’t hurt…
Thanks again for all the help and guidance, I really want everything to be perfect. Dream company to work for!

I kept all my Certs separated. They prefer color copies and legible. You most likely won’t even need your originals, but they ask you to bring them in the event they can’t read your copies. They never asked specifically for the CFI cert, but can’t hurt to bring it. I know a few people have been sent home for improper paperwork or missing items. FCC seems to be a common one forgotten.

What did you mean by improper paperwork? I don’t want to come off as not following directions.

I'm interviewing, and wanted to know if anyone has interviewed and received a CJO with their logbook(s) missing; my ex likely threw them out when we separated. Or will this be for nothing? I recreated the logbook (without the endorsements), which takes me to after my ATP and nearly the end of my first 121 job. Before I lost the logbooks, I digitized them in Excel Spreadsheet, and scanned the endorsements.
I've reached out to previous 121 companies, and all but one have not responded. One of them has already sent me a flight time summary form. I'm planning on bringing my 8710s from the copy of my airman file that I requested and received from the FAA, as well as printing out the copies of the original endorsements.
I would appreciate any feedback on how to be successful despite this big hurdle.

I wouldn't sweat it. Especially if you've got supporting documents like the endorsement scans, and work records at 121 operators, along with a reasonable explanation, you should be fine. Good Luck!

I'd add to this make sure to email them before hand with your explanation. Always better than blindsiding them in an interview

Hi guys,
I have been reading this forum for a while now and have a few questions to ask.
I currently fly for a major airline in Europe. I will soon become eligible to work and live in the US following my marriage and we are considering to move to the US in the future.
