Quick question. Anybody know why there is such a high amount of people not getting CJOs? I saw something like 5 out of 22 that didn’t get it.

77% success rate is about in line if not higher than pre-covid success rates.

I may have missed it in the 200+ pages of this thread, but has anyone laid out what games are on the assessment? I'm seeing 9 games on AirlineAssessmentPrep.com, but are all of these on the DAL Assessment? Any ones on there that are different from Deltas?

I agree but I’m wondering why these people are not getting it.

Go back 10 pages or so (2/15). At least 2 good gouges.

I got an invite to complete the assessment. I'm wondering can it be paused to be completed within the 7 days or does it have to be finished in one sitting? Thanks in advance.

One sitting, it only take 90 minutes at most

The only one that can say that is HR. They don’t tell the pilot why they got rejected.

If you don’t ge the invite, you failed the cog or personality test.
if you don’t get the CJO, you failed the HR portion
If you get the CJO, but something flags you in the MMPI or talking with the psychologist, then you get sent to the PARB.
If sent to the PARB, you have to wait for the Yes or No.

Theres no way to tell, why they aren’t getting hired. But more than 70% success rate is awesome.
