It’s a personality assessment. The output is a personality profile. Delta doesn’t see your individual answers. They screen for personalities that historically result in terminations. Don’t overthink it. Pick one and move on. Google “Adept 15”

Anybody else feel like they bombed the assessment? Holy moly, that sudoku....and spatial awareness...yikes. I did do the prep beforehand that has been shared already but it wasn't a great feeling there at the end. Fingers crossed I get some good news!

Seriously, there are statements on there that in no way reflect your character at all but you're forced to agree with one.
