Just wondering if anyone has heard anything 6 months following the TBNT after taking the online assessment?

Wow. Those are ‘maybe get an interview at a regional’ numbers.

I guess the fog-a-mirror requirement is the next to go.

Three women! This affirmative action is getting out of hand, preventing men from getting jobs they deserve!

There is a good chance the average was brought down by military hires where it isn't uncommon to complete a 20 yr career well below that average. Then factor in those that get out after their first commitment is up and you can really drag down the average time.

Since about 2014-2015 , with R-ATP etc, interview with a regional has almost been automatic at 1000 total time for an R-ATP or 1500TT for a standard ATP path.

Did those 3 women..... avg age, hours flown, and positions held, exceed the avg, meet the average, or below the average for the class? Curious minds and all. How about some facts before insinuations to attempt to prove your political view?

Do you have any? My military pilot training class had 50 graduates...1 was a woman, 1 was black. My Delta class had 0 Blacks and 0 women. Delta predominately hired military back then. So, my info is dated, but is at least a data point. Whatcha got?

BTW...currently the USAF active pilots are 94% men. There is a current data point

And another data point....1.6% are Black of USAF pilots

that’s what I’m saying. These men can’t get a fair shake because delta is hiring so many women.
