Never got any questions on mine, but it can make their job easier when looking at it. I've been told by previous interviews that they think it looks more professional. However, I never saw them open my logbooks, and they never referenced them.
In regards to who got offers in my group. 18 went in. 7 mil, 6 121, 4 135, 1 91. 1 mil, and 2 121 regional didn't get offers.

That’s hard to nail down. Indoc is 1 week. Sims take ~4 weeks, and you’ll have about ~ 1 weeks worth of IOE. The unknown variable is the wait between indoc and actually starting training. You get at least 1 week, but it could be 2 or 3 depending on sim availability. Roughly 2 months to get completely through give or take a couple of weeks. No clue how TOE on the 7ER is looking right now.

Asking recent new hires, how far out from background check complete/email invite were your class dates? I started background stuff last week. Seems like 2+ weeks is the norm for that process to go through. Trying to figure out if I’ll be starting before the holidays or if I can make plans.

Yes, this is called a "Fix it" email. Once your application gets fixed they should email you back within a couple of weeks at most with an invitation to continue the hiring process. I believe people are recommending to reply to this email once your items are fixed on the application saying you completed the tasks. This may help accelerate the process.

I think the email might say not to reply now

They probably hate getting spammed with emails haha. I wouldn't be surprised if they're like don't email us back... we'll look at your application again when we can and get back to you.
Good info though, and highly recommend to obey the email instructions.
