I counted 33 that started 2 Nov...source is the Nov 21 seniority list.

And I know 20 EDV “peeps” that are already on the seniority list that were in yesterdays class. They were hired on and have seniority dates of 8/3/21. For the foreseeable future, there will be 20 EDV pilots in the first class each month. Those 20 peeps (yes, I’m digging myself a hole) will be 3 months senior to everyone else in their class. They will have already been assigned an aircraft (on their hire date!). Why is it done this way? Because daddy D crossed out Compass and wrote in Endeavor, that’s why. Our flow is a result of your contract, not ours. I don’t like the regional model any more than anyone else here, and would like nothing more than to see all Delta flying done by Delta Pilots. I’m just along for the ride.

I don’t think Delta has a temporary flow right now because they need another source for new hires.

The old “if they’re good enough for regional passengers they’re good enough for mainline” is an interesting idea to discuss but is obviously not the current view of the hiring department.

34 with an 11/2 DOH, this does not include endeavor flows held back.

my understanding is endeavor got their drops back when their original class was supposed to be.

He can't handle facts or the truth, just like you. But he can delete me. If he can't handle it, then he should stay out of posting his comments on threads. Stick to moderating. I'm not the only one on the receiving end of his bias. RI830 (RI380?), Nantanku, vyprdryvr and others have had posts deleted by rick not because they violate TOS, but because they violate ricks own personal opinion. That is wrong and a super mod must to re-adjust ricks sight picture on this.

You could say that for 90% of ALL the posts on here

Our EDV flow is BS. We are being forced to take people who FAILED the interview. How does that square with you?

Must be fixed in next contract.

Flows = bad. Just see AAL. Not fair for either party BTW.
