Any advice for what to bid to maximize EWR trips for a pilot who lives in Philadelphia? Just thinking ahead to minimize drives further in to NYC if I were able, small potatoes really, I get that fleet changes and whatnot will make it vary greatly but any guidance would be appreciated!

Currently nearly all mainline flights are on the 73. As you stated, that can change... Good luck.

Yes those unicorns are out there. No I have no idea how they got it. I wish i knew the formula, I'd have loved to have been her ten plus years ago. They appear to be off the wall people, just random dart board hires to experiment with lots of different perspectives. For you, probably gonna need to hit the job fair circuit and sell yourself.
