Appreciate this feedback. It helps to have an idea what to expect. Now just hoping the drop will favor me and my choices 😂

A320 New Hire hoping to get to SEA
Hey everyone,
Does anyone have any insight into the odds of getting to SEA on future AEs for an A320 new hire? I tried this time, but I saw that pretty much everyone from the 7ER went to the A320 and that was the first of three tranches spread over three AEs.
If I'm reading the tea leaves correctly and the trend holds, it will be very hard for a 320 new hire to AE over to SEA. Any insight into AE timelines, staffing at SEA or movement potential is appreciated.

No idea, but for most post COVID hires I believe seniority is better on the 320 than the 220, so more might jump ship as their seat locks come up (making it harder for new hires as well). When closing a category CR has traditionally made sure to add spots in base to avoid displacements, but if the spots made available are on the 330 most 7ER FOs won't be able to hold it.
any results on next weeks class?
