The usual schedule has been a class every Tuesday except the 5th Tuesday of the month.

How soon after indoc could one bid for Seattle? Has Seattle been going pretty senior lately? Was hoping to see more of it in the recent new hire drops.

you can bid for base changes on any bid (advance entitlement). Your fastest way there is to be on one of the NB fleets with a base there. (320/737/220). Impossible to say which will get you there the fastest, but any should get you there pretty quickly.

What Oofff said, and I'll add:
Currently, the 73N and 320 are the fastest ways to Seattle. The 220 MAY take longer because people haven't been bidding off of it to open the holes needed. As always, BWYWWWYB and YMMV

Does anybody know the estimated time to get ATL on the 320 after getting hired? It sounds like everyone on that platform does their penance in New York before moving to their desired base.

That is a pretty outdated view these days. It varies but ATL 320 pops up on new hire class drops pretty consistently. Even if you didn't get it off the bat, certainly you could ATL on just about any other fleet or bid the 320 somewhere else and bid into ATL the very next AE.
