Im not based there but just looking at the bid packets/awarded lines junior line holders are getting 17/18 off which is a far cry from AS. Reserve goes to folks who could be lineholders if that tells you anything about our reserve rules and they’re only going to get better.

Really debating between 765, 7ER. Ideally I want ATL as a base. I’ve heard the ER flying there is a bunch of Florida runs but I will be living in Florida so that could offer more overnights at home. But I hear NYC offers the best flying in the system on the ER. Not sure what 765 has out there but I assume all international. I’ve been blessed with a SSN starting with 9 so trying to really figure this one out.

if I was going to commute, I’d personally prefer the 765. Almost all commutable trips and international.

It’s not just Florida. It’s a lot of short layovers and 3-4 leg days. It’s mad-dog flying. But if you live in JAX/MCO/TPA/RSW/PNS/MIA then you can snag some overnights at home which is nice. Just be prepared to have very underwhelming trips and arguably some of the worst domestic trips in the airline.
