Also, PSC about to sunset, there will be lots of filled JS's starting in November that have been largely vacant in the last few years. Do you want the 737's JSers knees in your side for 5 hrs?
Lastly, you predominately DH on the same equipment as you are flying. Do you want to do many 737 DH's?
Just some anthropometric considerations.
I mean, I know the 757 is the best airplane to ever airplane, but sometimes I wonder if it's best to not fly it and never be happy on another plane again.

Every time I say “it won’t happen,” it happens haha. It’s a crazy time for this industry! But I do agree, the 330 is the most senior FO position by a long shot and it takes a 2018/2019 hire to be the plug in any base. There’s a reason for that! Do you know how many more NEOs we have coming?

Does anyone know what life is actually like as the ATL350B plug? I saw a few posts back discussing WB reserves and holding lines in Nov but I imagine things are a little different overall as a plug. I'm not sure where I would rank that on my list with the expectation of almost no seniority gain.
Any thoughts on the pay difference making up for a different QOL vs any other NB as a NH?

I'm 6'2, and I'm fine in the 737 flight deck, only thing is not hitting your head getting in the seat but that's not even a big deal.
That's not even physically possible, you are close but not an issue.
At least in my category it's more Airbus 320/220 and 757 (and 757 cabin isn't any better than 737 anyway). There are 737s too of course, but not some overwhelming number.
Have you flown the 737?

At 6'6" my hair is touching the HUD all through the flight. As an FO, I had nowhere to stow my luggage.
Hey it's just one person's opinion that the 757 cockpit is more comfy than the 737. You do you. Obviously neither hold a candle in comfort to the airbus.
The 757 will be gone soon enough where everyone will be able to enjoy a 737 or airbus flightdeck.

I was near the plug in Atlanta on the 330 a few years back. When reserve I was flying 60-70 hours while senior reserves flew zip. I had limited flexibility for moving days so that handcuffed me a bit. If I was too junior to hold reserve I would end up with Lagos or Deep South America. I had some luck getting to Europe but not as much as I liked. Seattle 330 was building up at the time and we had zero growth. Anyone replacing vacancies was senior to me. Once my sest lock was up I bid off to the 7ER. Went from 97 percent to 35 percent. For me life was better and I actually made more money. If had some more seniority or more flexibility on work days I think I would have been able to make it work better. I’m looking to go back to 330 or 350 now that I’m north of 50 percent.
