Nov: 110
Dec: 123
Jan: 216
Feb: 186
March: 200
April: 112
Second best you mean? We got 200 net pilots?

Sorry, the terminology is confusing. For the month of March we netted 112, and that is reflected on the April seniority list that just came out.

Looking forward to getting my class date soon. For someone with only 10 years left and 40 minutes west of EWR, what are the options looking like. Last four off my SS# put me in the bottom 30% of the class. Not really a metalhead, but WB RSV doesn’t sound like a bad life. My goal is to spend as much time with the family as possible (I know, why did I become a pilot??!!). I also know and appreciate the ability to make CA quickly on the 220. What would have the best seniority progression? Certainly it seems like every airline will be understaffed and overworked for quite some time. Any thoughts would be great. TIA.

They're still hiring a ton though, and its still a nice net gain per month.

No I agree, it’s just interesting to note the decline given that attrition stayed pretty much the same. Sounds like training may be getting backlogged requiring them to back off the throttle a bit.

Yeah that may be it. Lots of bottlenecks (sims, instructors, LCA's, etc).

And United is going to try to staff for 500 planes delivered over 5 years…. How’s that going to be possible when no one can even staff for what they have now??

I expect March and April to be slower. Anyone who was left to train from the April 2021 AE just got dumped into training…and there are a lot of them.

I don’t think attrition remained the same. I was somewhat surprised to see that I gained 98 numbers.

Im about half way down the list and went up 35 numbers so if you went up 98 there must be lots of junior people leaving?
