Changes from month to month. But for Feb:
New hire pilots from Nov 2021 are holding lines with their training carry in credit.
Sept 2019 hire for the next junior line holder on the page.
Hire dates are vastly different, but they're only separated by about 15 pilots, due to covid etc.

I'm a bit confused by the Sept 2019 sentence....no line holders between Sept 2019 and Nov 2021 unless a NH? Sorry for my ignorance.

You get credit for being in training so it's easier to build a line. Between people getting out of training and Sept '19, they are on reserve. The people hired in sep 19 can have a line but since there was very few hired between then and now due to COVID, while the year spread is big, there only actually only 15 pilots between the most senior training pilot getting a line and Sept 19

I'd bid SLC220 of it was on your new hire class bid. If not, I'd go 320. Better pay, trips, and growth and you'll get to SLC after one AE on both fleet. Then again the SEA320 base opening could short term hurt SLC growth (as it did when they opened SEA220).

for someone hired today, probably 6-9 months to solidly holding a line, that will go up and down depending on seasonal flying and the results of the next AE.

the credit from training helped build a line for that November 2021 hire, but if they did not have that training credit they would have been on reserve. The most jr pilot who held a line without having the benefit of pre posted credit was a sept 2019 hire, about 1400 numbers from the bottom of the seniority list.
