Q2 distributions and dividends come out next month. It should be about the same as last quarter, and the one before that and the one before that...

“And to think, he wasn’t even a wealthy man”. (Worth about $80 million)

Curious, where in the Delta 401k family of funds do you have returns of 16% YTD? I can't find any. The Stable Value Fund is the only one positive YTD, and it's at less than 1%.

I allocate the maximum allowed 98% of my Delta 401k to Brokerage link where I pick individual stocks. The 2% I'm required to have on the Delta Fund side I've allocated to Contrafund.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/travel/new...nts/ar-AAYBEka

“These early signs of slowdown across a broad range of products and industries, including travel and restaurants, challenge the notion that Americans have simply shifted their spending from goods to services. The hope until now had been that after two years of stocking up on products like cars, furniture and appliances, Americans would splurge more on vacations, dining out, manicures and other services they’d mostly put off for much of the pandemic.”

Just a nitpick point on this, the 2% rule applies when you (or Fidelity on your behalf) manually transfer funds from the core side to Brokeragelink. If you set up your contributions to automatically go straight to Brokeragelink from your paycheck, you're not limited by the 2% rule.

will post my stuff at the end of the month as I can’t calculate my XIRR until then. Suffice to say it’ll probably be in the -40% range.

More important than year to year and quarter to quarter performance is long term performance.

Can you post an annualized rate of return since you started tracking this data. Year to year performance is mostly irrelevant.

It's not really fair when you guys are racing Miatas against a sports car. Leverage and cash out refis produce ridiculous long term IRRs for real estate.

Excellent tip. I didn't know that. I misinterpreted the rule and have 2% of each check going to Contrafund. Will change that. Thanks!
