Absolutely. I think all these big money guys... Buffett, Ichan, Ackman, Cohen, etc etc etc... should be muzzled as to their trades. Buffett isn't so bad until he actually pulls the trigger, but the rest of them seem to have the 'need' to advertise their intentions.

Bubble Stocks Like Tesla Have Deflated Just Like 2000 https://www.wsj.com/articles/tesla-a...00-11623928248

If you're still in bubble stocks/funds like TSLA and ARKK, there is still time to get out and preserve your capital

“When crypto falls from trillions, or meme stocks fall from tens of billions, #MainStreet losses will approach the size of countries. History ain’t changed,” he wrote in a tweet in June, which was later deleted

Extremely. Generational buying opportunity. Buying a company that's growing earnings 50%+ a year that's currently trading at 13 times Free Cash Flow. Basically buying AMZN type growth for half the price. Bought more LEAPS.

Looks like the beginning of the end for ARKK.

I read the teaser up until the paywall. I suspect part of her problem is that she is falling victim to her own success. You can’t take in billions of capital and generate the same level of returns forever. It’s a BRK type problem on a smaller scale.

“Michael Burry says he’s no longer betting against Tesla and that his put position was just a trade”

“The Big Short” investor Michael Burry told CNBC Friday that he’s no longer betting against Tesla.

“No, it was a trade,” Burry said in an email exclusively to CNBC, when asked if he’s still shorting Tesla. “Media really inflated the value of these things. I was never short tens or hundreds of millions of any of these things through options, as was reported. The options bets were extremely asymmetric, and the media was off by orders of magnitude.”

Despite losing a pension, I did well becoming a Boglehead. It's less time consuming, allowing you to enjoy the fruits of your labor. You work for a very good company, with the best folks in the industry. Cheers.

Very interesting. TSLA up 19% YTD so it probably wasn't a profitable trade
